Are You Ready To Do the Inner Work That Changes Everything?

This space is for those who are done with surface-level answers. You're not here to avoid discomfort, you're here to move through it.

If you're curious, honest, and ready to shift from old patterns into real presence…
you're in the right place.

My name is Eddie Marashian. I have been sitting with people in some of the most honest conversations of their lives for over 30 years.

I am a consciousness coach, a yoga and meditation teacher, and someone who genuinely believes that most of what we call anxiety, confusion, or feeling stuck is not a flaw. It is a signal. One you have not yet had the space to hear.

My work is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about helping you slow down enough to understand what is actually happening inside you, and then finding the clarity and courage to move from there.

Calm is not the goal. Calm is what happens when you stop fighting yourself. That is the work. If you are looking for a grounded space to do something real, I would be honored to be part of it.

A little about this fantastic community

Here in Los Angeles, I’ve had the honor of teaching the most amazing group of people, from all walks of life. When Covid hit, they helped me take YoEddie online and grow our community across borders and time zones. To all who supported me, I can’t thank you enough. To all who are joining us now, you’re in good company.

Welcome, and see you in class!

Los Angeles Magazine picks YoEddie as ‘Best Virtual Yoga’

Considering how many incredible yoga teachers there are in Los Angeles, I am deeply honored that Los Angeles Magazine has chosen YoEddie for their ‘Best of L.A.’ issue. It took Covid-19 to bring me online. Now that I’m here, I want to share the healing power of yoga with as many people as I can.

Frequently Asked Question

What does a typical session look like?

Each session is a conversation.

We slow things down and explore what is happening in your experience in real time. Rather than rushing toward solutions, we focus on understanding your patterns, your reactions, and the deeper dynamics shaping your inner life.

There is no rigid structure. The work is guided by what is most present and meaningful for you.

FAQ image

How is this different from therapy?

This work is not focused on diagnosis or treatment.

Instead, it is centered around awareness. We explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a very direct and present way, helping you develop a deeper understanding of how your inner world operates.

Many people who work with me have already experienced therapy and are looking for a different, more awareness-based approach.

What kinds of challenges do people usually come to you with?

Most people come to me feeling stuck in some form of pattern.

This may look like:
• Anxiety or overthinking
• Emotional reactivity
• Relationship patterns
• A general sense of feeling unsettled or unclear

Often they are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who have already done some inner work but feel there is something deeper to understand.

FAQ image

What results can I expect from this work?

This work is not about quick fixes or dramatic transformations.

What people often experience over time is:
• Greater awareness of their patterns
• Less reactivity to thoughts and emotions
• More clarity in how they relate to themselves and others
• A natural sense of calm that begins to emerge

The changes tend to feel subtle at first, but meaningful and lasting.

Do I need to have experience with meditation or personal growth?

No.

Some people come in with years of experience. Others are just beginning to explore their inner world.

What matters most is a willingness to be honest, curious, and open to looking at your experience in a new way.

Is this coaching structured or intuitive?

There is a balance of both.

The overall container is structured, but each session is guided by what is most relevant for you in that moment.

The work is not about following a fixed system. It is about developing awareness through real, present experience.

How do I know if this is a good fit for me?

This work tends to resonate with people who:

• Are reflective and emotionally curious
• Are open to slowing down and exploring their experience
• Are not looking for quick solutions, but deeper understanding

The best way to determine fit is through a conversation, which is why the first step is an application.

What is the commitment?

The primary offering is a 12-week coaching experience.

This allows enough time to begin seeing patterns clearly and developing a deeper relationship with your own awareness.

Consistency is important, as the work builds over time.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

That’s completely okay.

Many people feel a sense of curiosity before they feel fully ready.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. The application process is simply a first step to explore whether this work feels aligned for you.
